Workout
Yesterday
Complete rest day. The most activity I got in was walking along the beach and playing catch with the 2 little men.
Today
Has not happened yet. The plan is to run between 6-8 miles during nap time. 4 miles at 7:20 pace and 1 min bursts every mile.
Yesterday
We spent our anniversary doing a few of my favorite things: coffee, being with good friends, lakes, campfires, and s'mores. We also managed to do a little bit of shopping.

Saturday
Today we started the day with Paul Bunyan's breakfast
Followed by the original Wisconsin Ducks boat tours
Some water balloon fights and swimming
I plan to run during nap time. Then this afternoon we plan to have some more fun!
